Yes. We offer video-call and telephone consultations adapted to each client’s schedule, and we follow matters in other locations depending on the nature of the case.
Preventive consulting acts before conflict: structuring contracts, reviewing routines and eliminating exposures. Litigation comes in when a dispute already exists or is unavoidable, with strategic procedural work. The two feed each other: what we learn in court sharpens our prevention.
Fees are set case by case, considering complexity, urgency and scope of work, always in line with the fee schedule of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). The proposal is presented in writing before any work begins, at no cost.
